National Ox Cart Day
I have been looking around for different things to do in Costa Rica. Has anyone been to the National Ox Cart Day in San Antonio de Escazu. It looks like it is the second Sunday in March but I have not found much on in for 2015. Other years it looks like a 3 day festival with fireworks on Saturday.
Any ideas, is it worth moving a day around to go there, maybe I could become a racer, stay in Costa Rica and start a new business?
Let me know your thoughts

First of all, I've seen conflicting information. Some say that it's March 9 this year. Others say it's March 1. Assuming we could even nail down the date, it's interesting, but I don't know that I'd juggle around my vacation for it.

I know but with the Envision festival in the same time I could see a witch doctor one day and go to the ox cart races the next
. We have a few days we haven't figured out what to do so flying by the seat of our pants wouldn't bother us to do something original that we can have some crazy memories.

Thanks Jeff,
I guess I will have to stop training my oxen. They were getting fast
It still looks like a neat cultural experience if I am in the area. Keep me posted if you hear and see if it is still the second Sunday in March or any events that weekend like the fireworks.
