Married in Tamarindo or Man. Antonio?

My boyfriend and I want to get married on the beach next March. Should we go to Tamarindo or Manuel Antonio?

Considering Capitan Suizo and Makanda by the Sea.

Does any know about those two or have other suggestions? Our wedding will just be the two of us.

thanks

It's quite a long, steep walk to the beach from Makanda. Lots of steps. Certainly doable, but you'll certainly be sweaty by the time you're back up to the hotel. On the other hand, there probably won't be anyone else on that stretch of beach. I haven't been to Tamarindo, but I think Capitan Suizo is right on the beach.

Hi There,
We have been to Tamarindo and Captain Suizo is right on the beach! Very nice. This is a small fishing Village with shops, hotels and resteraunts. We just loved it. The beach is nice and when we were there in March ther was hardly anybody on the beach! I think you would love it there if you want a little more quiet and not a lot of hoopla. I hear ther is more to do in Manuel but Tamarindo would be great for your honeymoon. We stayed at Hotel Pasatiempo right up the road from the beach. Litle bungalows with a pool, bar and resteraunt. Loved it. Stop in and have a drink. Friendly people everywhere! Good Luck!!! If you need help with wedding tips Ron the owner there has married people right at his place. You could just E-Mail him at the Hotel. Love to hear from you whatever you decide!
Bye Bye Now

I love Capitan Suizo, but with the 'family' atmosphere and all the kids there, I'd go for Sueno Del Mar too. Nice and quiet for a wedding and honeymoon.
