luxury beach vacation

My husband and I are looking to take about 5 days to go to Mexico. We are looking for an upscale resort/spa with access to a nice, swimmable beach and beautiful pools. I am dreaming of chairs with umbrellas on the beach or around the pool where cabana boys (ok--or girls) bring us drinks and I can sleep or catch up on a good book. A swim up bar sounds pretty good too... We want to enjoy some tranquility on the beach but then also have some access to adventure (could be fishing,touring,surfing,snorkeling,shopping??....j ust something besides sitting on the beach the entire time), nice restaurants on the beach and possibly a little nightlife (least important). I envision a great dinner and drinks at a casual place overlooking the water and watching the sunset...

Any ideas or suggestions?

Royal Hideaway also check into Fairmont Marikoba on the Carribean side of Mexico you didn't say where you wanted to go, also check out Four Seasons in Punta Mita which is located on the Pacific side not far from Puerto Vallarta. Good Luck
