Immunizations for Roatan vacation?

No such thing as shots against Hepatitis C (unfortunately). Hepatitis A can be contracted from food and water. It's endemic in Central America, I wouldn't travel there without being immunized.
Hepatitis B is transmitted by blood and sexual contact. You might think you won't be exposed, but would you not help a child who scraped his/her knee? That's all it takes.
Adults can get a combo shot of Hep A and B. I'm not sure if it's a series of two or three injections. You already won't have time to complete the series, but you'll get about 85% protection (at least against Hep A) after one.
Bottom line is, consult with a travel clinic, get all the information, and decide how much of a chance you're willing to take.
