Jamie,
The hotel next to Secreto is Media Luna.
It gets good reviews but is not in the same class as Secreto and not even close to being as nice as Rolandi's. But, it's a great place for the price and they have many, many repeat visitors. I was going to stay there until I heard about Hotel Secreto and was able to get a room for $75 a night as a 'Grand Opening' special....JUST after they opened. Price is a little higher now.
Sandy,
To get to Isla from Cancun Airport you can take a cab to the ferry (but it's expensive) or reserve a car/van with either Best Day or AGI Tours. Best Day is a little less expensive but it's not a 'private' ride. They often pick up others and drop them at various Cancun Hotels, so you don't get to the Ferry as fast.
AGI cost more, but is private and direct. As Susan suggested, you can get lot's of information on www.isla-mujeres.com. Web sites for Best Day and AGI are in the 'General Information' section. You do have to regester to read/post on their message board, but it's quick and easy and those people know a LOT about Isla and it's hotels, activities, etc.

Abby,

I have made reservations for the Grand in Cozumel for a week in Dec. The place does look gorgeous but would love to hear from you first hand of your experiences and insight upon your return. Look forward to hearing from you and have a great trip. My email is [email protected]. Thanks
