We will be in Guadalajara for five days over the Christmas period. I am struggling to find any information on what will be open in terms of restaurants etc. over the holiday period. We will be staying in the central area near the Plaza de Armas.

Are restaurants likely to be open on Xmas eve and Xmas day?

Any suggestions on places to eat would be much appreciated.
