Does anyone know how I can contact Eco_Termales Hot Springs to make reservations?

We went to eco termales on our trip to Costa Rica the first week of January. We really liked it. However, if you are looking for glitzy, go to one of the other hot springs. This one had 4 pools, each one progressively hotter, none too hot for me, but I like hot water. By the end of the evening, we were there almost by ourselves. We went in the evening and had dinner also, which was very good.
When I originally emailed them, they responded very quickly.

I emailed last Thursday...no reply yet.

I also had very good luck with email (that address is correct). I asked about making reservations when we were there in Dec and he said they do prefer phone or fax reservations - Orlando speaks very good english.

I liked the Eco Termales springs more than Tabacan. Eco Termales was less crowded and the water at Tabacan was too hot for me.
