Driver needed for Panama City

We have traveled and driven in Europe , South America, and Asia extensively. The lack of street signage, and building numbers, make it very difficult here in Panama City. Had a car and turned it in. Even the GPS was of minimal help. We are in the city for a few days before heading out to the beach. DH has difficulty walking, so would like to contact a driver to help with a half to whole day tour. Any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks in advance.

Google Jose Saenz golden frog. They were recommended to us a few years ago by a Panama B and B. They were good and reliable. Don't know if they'll be cheaper but worth a try. We also had good luck just hiring one of our taxi drivers for a day. Wanna say that the going price for that was $12 per day, but that was several years ago.

I can highly recommend Andy Tours, +507 66850642.
I live in Panama and have used him when we cannot drive our guests/visitors around. He speaks english.
If you want something cheaper and have some spanish knowledge, use Uber. It works wonderfuly here.
