Dr. Dawwgy! Restaurant Help!

Dr. D:

Can you recommend any restaurants around Recoleta that locals go to and less touristy or a restaurant to go to where I can get there by taxi where the atmosphere is great and locals go and the food is great etc. etc.

Thanks for your help...

Heidi: just by looking at previous threads you'd have the information you request, but "the Sage from Athens" (drdawggy) is SO patient that I'm sure he'll repeat it as many times as he is asked to.

AV: I was hoping to find someplace where I'd be comfortable!!!

I'm sure he's patient but I'm wondering if he is not in Georgia now watching his beloved Bulldogs....

Thanks anyways!

You have the Doc's answer to an identical question on tripadvisor.com so he is not too busy with football!

There is a very cheap restaurant in Recoleta where NO tourists at all go and a solo traveler like you should be comfortable. I don't remember the exact address right now, but it is on the corner of Ayacucho and Vicente López.

I trust you will have a good time in our town.
