Central America vacation in September

Hi! Would love some help figuring out where to go and stay in Central America. Looking to go here around September 10th, thinking Pacific side will be too rainy now after some research. Would like nice, more secluded place to stay with access to hiking, beach, maybe a pool, kayaking, with some decent food thrown in there. We have about 4-5 days and I am struggling finding a place that isn't a resort but still has some nice rooms with views. Anyone have any suggestions? I am open to spending around $100-350 or so a night. All inclusive would be cool too.

I'd research more about the weather first, isn't September rainy season most of that part of the world?

Sounds like Roatán would be a good fit for a quick trip and the wet season there generally doesn't start until October, although obviously no guarantees. There are some AIs but I avoid them (nor do I have interest in a pool with the Caribbean steps away) so can't help there - maybe look into West Bay for that and West End if you'd like to try a variety of restaurants within easy walking distance. Have a great trip, whatever you decide!
