What customs are you referring to? You will have to find your own club. NO, the majority of the women on the beach are NOT topless.

Gee Matt, if bikini contest and half naked women is what you're interested in then, you should have booked your trip to Cancun during spring break. Better yet, save your money and tune in to MTV.

1.- there are no legal topless beaches anywhere in Mexico. However, it is tolerated in some places, like Cancun towards Club Med and Playa del Carmen. The US govt. sends loads of money to Mexico to stop illegal traffic, they have to bust someone and it ain't druglords it's little guys. Dont smoke a joint on the beach because thats federal juristicion. If you mean customs as in social mores, dont prance around naked where Mexican families are trying to relax, they get mad. <BR> <BR>3. For the best bikini contest in all of Mexico outside of TJ, get in a cab at go to Chilly Willys. You will not be sorry. <BR> <BR>4. Customs are very random on who they check so watch what you are brining in. Mexican jails are the pits..smile. There is some topless tolerated at certain resorts. On the beach if at all. You will have to scope out the clubs to see what promotions they are offering. There are usually some kind of wet teeshirt or something along that line going on. Grab all the coupons and books at the airport you can get, they can usually tell you who is having what specials..drinks no cover.
