Yes, I have heard of them and have used them on my prior trips to Cancun. Didn't have any issues.
I have also used this company in Playa del Carmen, Cabo, and Cozumel.

We have used Yuka Treks also, and will be using them again next month. Their shared tours are a minimum of 12 people, unlike the other tour companies in which they get as many people as they can to fit on a large bus. That doesn't bother me, but it does some people. If you are staying in Cancun, you have to meet them at a designated place in Playa del Carmen to start the tour.
