Cabo San Lucas - Spring Break Atmosphere?

I am hoping to travel to Cabo over Easter week this year (April 9-17)and stay at the Pueblo Rose. I am hearing rumors that Cabo will be 'party central' for spring breakers and this is not the atmosphere that we are looking for. Don't get me wrong, we are young and like to have fun! Does anyone out there know difinitively about Cabo San Lucas during this time of year - thanks a million for your input!

I hear Cabo is a dump. I wouldnt even suggest it for spring breakers. I hear Cancun is great destination for couples looking to get away from it all. Plus they have great beaches. Good luck...

hello JK. IMO, if this is not what you are looking for, you are going to be in for 24/7 of it. I would look elsewhere if it is not your scene.

Easter Week, Semana Santa, is a very, very busy time at any beach resort area in Mexico as Mexican folks are on vacation. Add on other vacationers and it will be crazy.
