Cabo-Don't want to shuttle 5 miles for a car

Can anyone remember which two car rental agencies are right on the Cabo airport premisis? In the past we have had to wait forever for a shuttle to take us 5 miles off-site. Thanks.

I believe it is still Budget and National. There is also a third one, which escapes me. Avis?

I just booked Avis, not realizing that it might not be convenient at the airport. Does anyone remember where the Avis rental is located? Also, I just saw a very negative post about Avis. Have others had a bad experience with them? Should I be looking at Dollar and Budget?

Avis is ok. They have a shuttle to their place outside the airport. We have always been treated well. The shuttle is usually prompt. Now they will let you prepay your gas fill-up. $40.00.Gas is $3.50 a gallon. It's a hassle trying to find a place to fill up. I had to wait for the second Hertz shuttle (30 min) after the first one took off with the airport staff. There was room for us!
I noticed that Europcar is setting up shop right on the airport proper. This firm has high marks for their service in Europe.
National and Budget are on the airport proper.

So, now we're thinking of going with Budget. Anyone have any problems with them?
