booking with arenal.net

Has anyone used arenal.net to book transportation or hotels? Just wondering if they are a good company to use.

I would suggest booking directly with the hotels and tour companies first, as their rates aren't any better so why involve a middle man. I know there were some issues with them but that was a couple years ago, I assume they've worked those issues out.

We've always just booked directly with the hotels.
