BA polo schedule
Hello,
We will be in Argentina and Uruguay from 5 November to 15 November (flying in and out of Montevideo). I printed the spring polo schedule off of www.aapolo.com. If I'm reading the schedule correctly, with my limited spanish and the help of babelfish, it appears there are some finals to be played at Palermo on the 6th. Am I reading that correctly? Also, there is no mention of time - does anyone know what time the matches are usually played? Also, since it isn't part of Campeonato Argentino Abierto De Polo would tickets probably be readily available on the day and what do tickets cost? Sorry for so many and questions and thanks for any responses!

Well KKWM, that is where babelfish failed you.
What the polo website says is that only the "final" match of those tournaments will be played in Palermo and the date of same is uncertain, but most likely could be after November 15.
I believe your best bet is for a possible delay in "The Ayrshire Cup" (Hurlingham Open) schedule. All the best players will be there.
Anyway, the dates of your stay are right in the middle of our polo season and it should be possible to watch high level polo, perhaps even for free or almost free.
When your travel dates are near, some alternative possibilities should emerge.
