We really enjoyed the Lost Iguana with our two kids 7 and 9 years old. It is a bit further out of town. We liked the secluded feeling. The room was great with a beautiful view. We could walk to the Hanging Bridges and we also enjoyed hanging out by the pool. The pool is not huge.. it has 2 "levels." The upper pool has a swim up bar and is warmer. The lower pool is bigger and deeper (but not a large pool by any means) and is cooler. Very nice landscaping and lounge chairs. We didn't visit the spa so I can't tell you about that!

We looked at a few properties in the area recently, and Lost Iguana did seem to be quite nice, albeit quite a bit more expensive than most.
We stayed at Silencio del Campo, which is very pleasant. Not a lot to do except the fabulous hot springs at the back of the property.
