Hello! We are meeting extended family at the Iberostar Paraiso for 5 nights in June and decided to to go the night before to spend one night with just our two kids age 13 and 15 non all inclusive to enjoy some local restaurants. My husband and I have stayed in PDC and really enjoyed it and I know the kids would love the bustling vibe of it (they love big cities), but I am considering alternatives. We felt safe when we were in PDC, but I know a smaller town would probably be a safer choice, especially during these strange times. I would love to go to Tulum, but I think it's too far for one night so was considering Puerto Morelos. Any other ideas? Thanks!
