Here is a tip I learned from Thingorjus. Cut off the little golden F on your suede loafers and velcro it to a new pair of pumps! Thin used to use crazyglue, but velcro works better. That way you have loafers by day and pumps by night. N'est Pas?

Pup is a boy but loves his Tiara anyway, he knows what looks good!

For Cigalechanta: Dom Perignon, indeed! For a party of this size and at this late hour, if I'm buying, they can all slurp Veuve Cliquot and bloody well like it.
You however, being a woman of exceptional class with a more educated palate, are invited to join me in demolishing a bottle or three of Moet et Chandon from my private cellar. What food do you suggest as an accompaniment? (yes, yes, I know...one usually refers to the wine as being an accompiniment to the food, but on this of all nights, let's get our priorities straight!)
And to the poor fashion victim wearing the Blahniks: sorry to be the one to tell you, cherie, but in our circle, Manolo's little creations became totally declasse the moment Oprah Winfrey starting wearing them a few years ago. Credit where it's due, though...if the big O can wear them day in and day out, it certainly
says something for their structural integrity.
And now, ma cher Cigale, back to the menu...

Calamari, thanks for inviting me to the party, but it looks as if I arrived after the festivities were over. Just as well, since the airlines lost my luggage and I don't have a thing to wear.
