We had dinner at Chez Fernand on our first night in Paris at the beginning of the trip and then again our last night; it was wonderful, and I would recommend it. (We probably would have tried somewhere different that last night except we arrived late from train ride from Annecy--long, long taxi line at Gare de Lyon) We also ate at Allard, which is an old standby, and Le Tastevin, where food was ok; ambiance, great.

Thank you, Jody, for the recommendation of CF!

Jean, I'm sorry that we did not get to Petit Marguery. Next time

Grandmere, Allard is an old standby for
us as well. Was the food as good this
last time? We are going to Paris in
Feb. and plan to go- would appreciate
hearing of your latest meal there.

Grandmere, I'm so glad you liked CF!

We have 14 days in Paris in Nov. and it's on my list or at least 4 of those.
