WOO-Hoo Hubby gave me my Christmas present early!!!

We're going back to Paris for a weekend in December!!! I know, I know - I was just there in September, but you can never get enough can you? Staying at the Park Hyatt Place Vendome (DH travels alot - we have points!). Has anyone stayed there? I'm sure it will be lacking the neighborhood atmosphere of our usual hotel, but what the heck! Will the skating rink be opened by Hotel De Ville? I am so psyched!!!!!

Very nice! We went to Paris over Christmas a couple of years ago. It's lovely. My favorite thing was getting to the Arch de Triumph in the late afternoon and stopping for vin chaud until the lights went on decorating the trees along the Champs elesee. Walking to the Louvre from there. Beautiful! Yes, the skating rink was operating. There's a webcam somewhere that you can look at it before you go.

Have a WONDERFUL trip!

Your husband clearly understands the important things in life!

Have a blast and don't forget to spend part of an evening checking out the window decorations at Samaritaine and the other department stores while eating a crepe or some roasted chestnuts.

Lori,
Please let me know how you liked the Park Hyatt when you return. I'll be staying there for the first time in January. Thanks and have a great trip!
