Winter in Europe??

Winter in Europe??
We are in our late 20s- looking to go to Europe mid-November for 5-7 days. Any suggestions as to what place won't be terribly cold so that we could still walk around? We are thinking Paris, Prague, Budapest, or somewhere in Italy. Please help. Thanks.

Mid-November can be an ideal time to be in any of those cities -- no tourist crowds, some days clear and some days cloudy, some days with drizzle. Wear layers, enjoy the lack of lines at popular attractions, have a ball. Take a lined raincoat and an umbrella, just to be safe.
Also, tourists thin out by then..

I think Paris would be great but then I'd pick it most any time of the year. I was in the Geneva area one November and it was wonderful. Sure you needed a wool coat, boots, gloves, like that, but it was not too terribly cold and did not spoil anything we wanted to see or do.
