I have been counting for 125 days...sad to say I still have 152 days to go untill my first trip to Italy. Nearly to the half way point.
I help pass the time perusing the posts here at Fodors, TripAdvisor etc. I have gained so much information from all the people here that my itinerary changes all the tim...but thats the fun of it all...here about something new, then research it. I cant wait!!!
Have a great trip!!

11 days to go until I'm in London!!! Before then, I have my birthday and the GTG in NJ, so I'll be pretty busy in the days leading up to my departure. I I just bought some new clothes and I've been buying other items for the trip. Woohoo...can't wait!

71 days till Florida.
91 days till Chicago.
109 days until Prague!!
I love the idea of seeing what I was doing 109 days ago. I was only home 6 days after a 2 week trip to South America. Sounds great when I look at it like that!

80 days until we leave for our 12-day Mediterranean cruise followed by 15 more days in Italy, Monaco and France. All hotels are booked. MOST of the transportation is arranged for. Now I am concentrating on finding those great restaurants in each of our stops. To help the time pass quickly, I spend a small portion of EVERY day working on the trip. I read the new posts here every day in hopes there will be even more great advice (there always is!).
Thankfully, we have a very full calendar this summer leading up to our trip so time should fly quickly and we will be off to Europe before we know it.
WOO-HOO!!!!

I have 127 days, 5 hours, 21 minutes, 14 seconds until we leave for our timeshare week in London.
I use a free countdown clock on my computer so I know exactly how long until vacation. You can download it free at www.timeleft.info

Whoopee!! 5 more school days (where I am right now and should be working instead of feeding my Fodor's addiction) and 24 days until we leave on that jet plane for one month in Italy. We'll be in Florence first and then visiting relatives near Milano for a week. After that, it's south to a rental apartment in Cilento...after a one night stopover for pizza in Naples.
In addition to the usual pre-trip stuff, I'm trying to learn important phrases to use to supplement my husband's total fluency. I can easily say: "Eat the soup or jump out the window." That should be useful.

Looks like several of us are leaving for Paris on Monday! I'm meeting my daughters and some friends....my lucky daughters leave tomorrow. After a week in Paris I will meet my husband and we'll go to Greece with some friends for 2 weeks.
I'll be coming home in June, elle, and looking at it that way, it's not that far away!

125 days until Italy. I'll be quite busy this summer, so that should help make the time go by more quickly. I finally got my Scavi reservation yesterday (took over two months to come), so now I can work on the rest of the Rome portion. I was waiting to work around that.

I am not going to count the days, it will only make the days till then go slower. I leave June 8th and thats as much as I tell myself!
I should actually stop reading all the boards, it just makes me want to be there now.
