Aussie - go to www.Parisvision.com. They list all their tours. I've used them on a few occasions and was pleased.

Parisvision and Cityrama are the two big ones, but I seem to recal someone mentioning paris-trip.com on this board before and someone else had good experience with them. As I recall, they have one unique trip that someone was interested in (I believe it was a single woman who knew they were the only one to return you to your hotel after a Moulin Rouge evening outing, rather than you having to depend on getting a cab or metro late at night). I could understand why that appealed in that situation.
Try a search, and it might show up.

Have done the Paris tour, a day trip to Mont St. Michel, Giverny - and also "dinner at the Eiffel Tower, Bateax Mouches and Moulin Rouge" tour with CityRama. Their web site is www.parisvision.com

Hi aussies,
Do you have a particular interest in mind? One of my favorite organizations is Paris Walking Tours, www.paris-walks.com---a bland name but great outings. Their Montmartre tour is especially good as it gets to all kinds of atmospheric nooks and crannies.
Fat Tire Bike Tours are fun too (www.FatTireBikeTours.com) and they even have a Segway trip. You'll get lots of rubbernecking looks if you go for the latter, but it could be fun to try.
Of the Seine boat trips, the Vedettes du Pont-Neuf, which leave from the square du Vert Galant, may be the best since they don't have recorded commentary. The Bateaux Mouches, which have a higher profile, have boomingly loud recordings in about 6 languages, so they don't tell you much. On the Vedettes, they always have guides describing the sights as you go in just French and English.
