Where's the Rome-Milan high speed train

This article http://seattletimes.nwsource.com/htm...dtrains15.html says that there's a new high-speed train which takes only 3.5 hours from Rome to Milan, but everything I see on the Trenitalia site takes at least 4 hours. Which train are they talking about?

Thanks! (The schedule I pulled up before started from 8:30 on, so none of those showed up).

Do you know whether these usually sell out in advance, or can I wait until I arrive in Rome to buy them?

With that many trains, unless you have a specific reason to arrive at a specific time, I think you can wait. I just listed the new fastest trains. There were also ES trains in between amy of these so in many cases there ar four trains an hour. I'd wait until I'm in Italy to purchase.
