Where to Visit in Europe
We've got 3 days (short time) to visit a destination around London. What do you suggest? It will be a Sat, Sun, & Mon. We've already been to London and Paris and are looking for a new spot. Any suggestions?

Your title says "Europe" but your post asks for somewhere around London.
Do you want to fly to another country? Or do you want to stay in southern England near London? Or do you want to go some other part of the British Isles?
Give us some help here - you could go anywhere but we have no idea what you are actually looking for.
What sorts of things do you like???

I suppose I should have given a little more info in my original post. Sorry about that! I thought about something close to London since we don't have much time. We're looking for a destination in a reasonable or mid-level price range. I assumed the Eurostar would be the least expensive method to travel within the area. I tried to book Amsterdam tickets via Eurostar for our dates (May 12 - 15) and could not find availability on their site. We like arcitecture, history, gorgeous scenery, and enjoy guided tours. Thanks for any suggestions!

Most likely wrong. Ryanair alone probably offers 50 destinations all ovr Europe for less than any Eurostar destinations, crossing the English Channel.
See whichbudget.com for many more.
Best wishes,
Rex

Unless it's a very new addition, the Eurostar doesn't go to Amsterdam, so that's why there is no availability. It only goes to Brussels, or to Paris, or to Lille.
I'd agree that you can probably fly to many places in Europe cheaper. You might just pick up a book on Europe and look and see what hits you.
