Bruges can be done as a day-trip from Amsterdam by train. Then you could either stay overnight in Bruges and continue on to London by train via Brussels (Eurostar from Brussels), or you can book the train from Amsterdam all the way to London if you are just doing a day-trip.

For me, I simply would not fly. It doesn't save any time when you consider the hassles of getting to and from the airports. The train takes less than five hours city to city if you are leaving from Amsterdam, and you end up in central London near a lot of hotels. But if you have already booked your flights into and out of Amsterdam, that might change the equation somewhat. I'd likely fly back to Amsterdam and then connect to your homebound international flight but I still wouldn't fly TO London.

London can be done as a day-trip from Paris via Eurostar, but it can't be done as a day-trip from Amsterdam. But you do need to solidify your plans in advance. It's profoundly more expensive if you book these trains at the last minute than if you book them far in advance.

Thank you , actually I have 4 days to see Amsterdam and other city around before i have to go to London,maybe 2 days Amsterdam, 1 day Bruges and 1 day Ghen or Rotterdam

Amsterdam in 2 days is short - depends if you want to do a lot of museums.

Last times we went we skipped the museums and we had enough time in 1,5 days ... but we know we can be back in 3 hours.

Gent is very quaint, Brugge is a must in Belgium.

Drink water in NL and beer in Belgium, unless you can find belgian beer in Amsterdam. In Gent eat a waterzooi.

To be fair, if you are in Belgium and you see a sign for Dutch beer then avoid it

Drinking a beer with an egg in it when waking up used to work (sometimes) but gawd it was difficult to drink.

Disagree that the train Amsterdam-London is faster than flying; it's not. Flying takes one hour - be at the airport an hour in advance. With the Eurostar you have to change in Brussel, and be there 45 minutes in advance.

But if you want to see Brugge, it makes sense to go there by train from Amsterdam, spend a night there, and continue on to London with the Eurostar.
