Hi all!<BR><BR>Do the French Sunday Brunch like we do? And if so, any recommendiations on good places to Sunday Brunch in Paris would be great.<BR><BR>Thanks!

I have never seen anything brunch-like in Paris. I would love to know if anybody else has, and could make suggestions to you. <BR>My experience has always been that breakfast on Sunday is just like any other day - very small. Sunday lunch, on the other hand, is a very serious meal and lasts quite a long time if you choose. Perhaps you should just think of lunch as a slightly late brunch with mostly "dinner-like" foods....

No. Parisians do not Sunday brunch like we do. However, you can have a great Sunday brakfast in an elegant 19th cent palais at the <BR>Mus&eacute;e Jacquemart-Andr&eacute; <BR>158, Bd Haussmann <BR>75008 - Paris <BR>Tel : 01 42 89 04 91 <BR>Open daily 1000-1800 <BR><BR> We had fruit, eggs, smoked salmon over blinis, dessert, coffee.<BR><BR> The museum is well worth viewing. Afterward stroll through the beautiful, nearby Parc Monceau.<BR><BR> Hope you enjoy it.<BR>

If you like elegant dining and your budget allows, try the Sunday brunch at Les Ambassadeurs in the Hotel Crillon. I have heard the Royal Monceau Hotel also does Sunday brunch, but have never tried it.

Beth,<BR>We also love both the Jacquemart Andre museum and their tea room. A great idea Ira gave you. It's a very pretty setting, relaxing and even though there was a special exhibit at the time, on Sun. the museum was pleasantly uncrowded. They even offered a free audio guide, and they have a very nice, quite upscale museum store for gift shopping. A wonderful way to spend Sun. morning in Paris.

In the Marias are some places that serve great breakfasts and Ma Borgogne is wonderful. It is under the arcades at the Place des Vosges and they serve really good breakfast/brunch food.<BR>And there is THANKSGIVING, for Americans longing for something from home, and they serve Brunch every Sun.@ rue St Paul.

Beth,<BR> If you are referring to the time of day you are dining and not the buffet trough some are assumming, I reccommend Cafe Deux Magots or Cafe de Flore. Both are on St. Germain in the 5th and are next to each other.<BR> Enjoy,<BR> Vic Noir

Try Epices et Delice on rue Bourgeous in the Marais section. For us New Yorkers, it had a definite Greenwich Village/Soho feel to it, but still a true Parisian experience at the same time!
