Mykonos to Santorini

What is the best way to get from Mykonos to Santorini in May and June? I have heard that there may not be daily ferries. Where can I find this information?

At the moment the information available is dated. New ferry schedules for this coming May and into the summer are not yet released. The Hellas Flying Dolphin provides the only direct link between Mykonos and Santorini. It runs 4 days/week. Here's a link for you, you'll have to keep checking back until the schedule is updated:

Flying is also a possibility but it means a flight back to Athens to change planes. This wastes a lot of time and money.

I went there last March, and as you read from guide books that ferries might be cancelled due to weather conditions. That's true!! Mine was cancelled on the day when I'm travelling from Mykonos to Santorini.

Btw, remember to take the donkey ride when u are at Santorini. Its really really fun though I really sympathises the donkeys and the owners too!

I would fly, although you have to go through Athens. The ferry is too iffy, in my opinion.

No, the ferries are not a problem at all, you just have to consider alternatives, from personal experience these are:
1. Direct ferry
2. Take any ferry to Paros (Paroikia).
3. Take a small ferry to Naoussa (Paros) bus to Paroikia.

From Paros (Paroikia) there are around 4 ferries a day to Santorini in June, these are large ferries so unlikely to be cancelled due to bad weather.
