where is Chueca in madrid?
Hi,
I am looking to rent an apt. in Chueca, Madrid but I want to make sure it is close to a lot of major sites and the city centre. Do you any of you know about this part (aside from it being the gay community of Madrid)and how accessible it is to the heart of Madrid? Any help....?

hello here's an area guide (and apartments) for chueca:

chueca is in the centre of madrid and quite walkable to malasaaña and lavapies, for example. you can walk to the Prado or the Reina Sofia.

Chueca is just in the centre of Madrid. It is a good area to stay because you can walk to any interesting point of central Madrid
I suggest you the Apartment Chueca Deluxe: http://www.homesfortravellers.com/ac...en-124-972.htm
Also in this website you can find more nice apartments in Chueca area for a good price.
I hope you find useful this information.
