Wow! I am really amazed by everyone's concern for me, and very grateful for it. The results of my last blood test were very good. I lost a little clump of hair today, way back near the nape of my neck. As I have very thick hair, this is hardly a concern.

Things are coming along for my mother. We are "re-doing" her house, and really fixing it up. A roofer is there right now, and we're getting new windows, etc. I feel my father's presence each & every day, and sometimes it makes me laugh, sometimes it makes me cry, but it never fails to leave me feeling something. I am so grateful he was a part of my life for such a long time, and we were on good terms (I have a sister who's estranged from our family), and that he was not suffering from a lingering illness, and I saw & spoke with him the morning he died.

Of course I still post here when I can help. And Mimi, thanks for the cheer from the Francophiles, I am not opposed at all to France, I just feel a bit more at home in Italy. I had a dream about Rome the other night...I know I'll be going back there.

Love & Peace,
BC

BookChick,

Hang in there!

I am so glad you had that dream about being in Rome. One night after I came back from Italy, I dreamt I was in Venice, I woke feling melancholic, but at least I was there for a little while.

Keep fighting!
