Guy Savoy 100 Euro Internet Special

Is this still available... has anyone actually had it lately?
How did you arrange it?
What did it include (how was it handled at the restaurant)?

Thanks for any responses.

Thank you for your reply iris.

I had looked for information by Google, and apart from someone saying they were going to have this in July, most postings on this subject are two+ years old. People talk about a "web menu for 100 Euros" and list Savoy's site and this special being only available on the web. There is no mention of it on
www.guysavoy.com

Hence my questions:

<<Is this still available... has anyone actually had it lately?
How did you arrange it?
What did it include (how was it handled at the restaurant)?>>

I thought I would check at the source, and wrote to Guy Savoy (they were on holiday until today)

Got the following message today.
Madame

Le menu à 100€ est toujours valable

Cordialement

Sandrine
Service des Réservations

Robjame-
Have you looked on the France board at Chowhound.com? There have been quite a few discussions there about "affordable" Michelin meals, including the Guy Savoy internet special. If you don't find your exact answer, perhaps you could ask your question again there?

Thank you Carlux and Kristina - I think I have been able to piece together the answers.

- It is still available (Thanks Carlux for emailing them)
- It is one table only at lunch that is able to take advantage of this.
- It must be booked (reserved) by internet.
-(This part I am unsure of)It consists of half entree (appetizer), full plat principal, half dessert of your choice.

I tried to book for early January but they were not taking reservations until December.

BTW - I have found this for a number of places... Guy Savoy, Jules Verne, Le Ciel de Paris... that they are not taking reservations yet. Also the case for trying to book a Gite for a week in March through Gites de France.
