We bought some beautiful photos being sold by vendors on Charles Bridge for about $5.00 each. Everyone admires them. I also bought pottery and those beautiful painted Easter eggs to give as souvenirs. My kids love the chocolate Kinder eggs with little toys inside. You can only get them in Europe.

Denise

Beautiful lace necklace (silver & gold) from Cesky Krumlov. Charles Bridge has nice souvenirs (buy some for your friends & negotiate a deal with the vendors for multiple purchases). Nice black & white photographs. I have some hanging up now! Also, as someone else said - go to Tesco! It has all the stuff you'll need, such as shampoo, soap, etc. Don't over pack with toiletries, since you can buy it there. If you like classical music, get some cds of Czech composers/performers. Best thing, though, is enjoying cheap meals & drinks, awesome architecture, and terrific cultural events. Have fun!
