What's open late for light meal near Pantheon?

We'll be arriving at our hotel (very near Pantheon) late - about 11:45 PM. I don't think we will be ready to sleep right then, and we'd benefit from a light snack and maybe a glass of wine. What should be serving that late nearby? Thanks!

Not sure what is open that late but, about ten days ago we had a terrific lunch at:

Ristorante Maccheroni, close to the Pantheon. Outstanding pastas. Great milanesa. Friendly and a well known spot. Highly recommended. Have fun.

There's a little wine bar, Mimi e Coco, nearby with food that is open until 2am.

Thanks for your replies. Mimi & Coco looks like a perfect spot. If we don't make it that night we def. will later on in the week.

Mimi e Coco is a great little wine bar fun for people watching on a great street. Loved the roasted potatoes and vegetables with cheese. Sit outside if the weather is okay,

Enjoy!!
