What to wear In algarve Jan & Feb

We'll be staying in Albufeira for The next six weeks (late January & ALL OF FEBRUARY). Please advise on what to wear.

Layers.

We cycled through there in November December and it was shorts, T and fleece handy but you will have the odd wet day, layers makes sense
