What time to call for Secret Itineraries reservations
Anyone have any idea what hours the Secret Itineraries ticket reservation office is open for business? Does anyone who has called to reserve the tour remember what time of day/night you called--also, the time zone you were calling from?
The time difference between California and Italy makes it challenging to call during what we think of as standard business hours. If I understood Italian, I'd probably have the answer to my question--I've called and gotten a lengthy pre-recorded message, but since it's in Italian, I remain clueless.

Hi goforfun, have you tried at midnight or 12:30am here in CA. That would be 9:00 or 9:30am in Venice. Or maybe wait until 1:00am or so CA time. Do you have a website..if not Google for it, perhaps that would show their office hours.

I didn't call, I booked through the Venice Civic Museum website, no problems. It is at http://tinyurl.com/fyr2u and the english version of the reservation page is at http://tinyurl.com/z3jy2

Thanks LoveItaly and amyb. The link to the Venice Museum website is helpful. I will give the call center a try at 7 or 8 in the morning. (I like that better than calling in the wee hours!)

Gard,
Enjoyed your report and pictures of your Venice trip. We have seen the grand rooms of the Doge's Palace. It will be very interesting to hear some of the back story and see the secret rooms.

Called a little after 8 PDT this morning and we have our reservation. Thanks for your help. We do not have to prepay--just be there 20 minutes ahead with confirmation number in hand and pay for tickets. The price is 16E.
