We have a little bit of leftover currency and a ton of airline miles, so I am really temped to book another trip asap, lol.

According to Honest Guide, there are ATMs in Prague that charge a 35% profit (not dynamic conversion, but profit from combining low exchange rates and other fees).

Also according to Honest Guide, there are no good ATM rates at the Prague airport even turning down dynamic conversion. He suggests using euros on arrival and buying a cheeseburger at McDonald's getting a good conversion rate, then using the Crowns given in change to take a bus into the city and going to a bank ATM there, although not every bank gives a good exchange rate, avoid the CSOB bank ATMs. Frankly it all sounds rather hard.
