what clothes to bring to rome NOW

Im off to Rome tomorrow . What clothes do i bring? How hot is it? Does it get cold in the evenings? We have a wedding on friday but after that its just chilling out and sightseeing. We are there for just 5 days

It's normally shirt-sleeve weather during the day (highs in the 70s), with only a light jacket or wrap needed in the evening (50s). Have an umbrella handy as rain is always a possibility.
