Caen is pronounced just as sans, "an" being one of the nasal sounds so you don't really hear "n" at the end.

Google translate is great, I use it for my French homework. Put in the town name and there will be a little speaker at the bottom of the box and you can hear it pronounced.

Google translate is good for current language but it is not always correct with towns (sorry Susan!). I've just tried Troyes which should be said as 3 (trois) but it is not. Reims is accurate though.
