Weather in Positano

Could someone give me an idea of what to pack for my early April honeymoon in Positano, Italy? I'm not sure how warm the weather will be particularly at night.
Thanks!

Hi, i went to sorrento just up the coast from positano in July last year and the weather was very warm. Also went on a boat trip to Amalfi, just a bit further down than Positano and it is honestly stunnigly beautiful surroundings on that part of the coast. As far as clothes go during the day in April maybe fairly thin cotton tops with sleeved, thin jumper possibly, cord trousers (beachy type). But Italys weather is getting more changable now, i would be prepared for the odd rainshower. It doesn't get that much colder during the night than the day, the same as what you wear in england would be fine i would've thought. Sorry i can't be more specific, maybe you could try looking at the global weather online website closer to your trip to get a clearer idea of what might be good to take? Have a fabulous honeymoon and check out Sorrento and Amalfi if you can they're well worth it!
Historically, average temperatures in April are 59°F with an average maximum temperature of 64° F. It will not be beach weather, but it will be pleasant if a little cool. Average rainfall is 3 inches for April, which is the same as September when I was there last year (no rain for the 5 days we were there). Water temperature in April will be about 62°F.

For historical weather information, go to worldclimate.com. For the Amalfi coast, type in "Napoli", the closet city for which there is information.
Jennifer,
I was there last April ( first week) and it was cold (upper 40s) and and very windy. Now , the week before I went it was quite mild, in the low seventies and upper sixties, so I'd be prepared for fickle weather.

Wow! Thanks for your help! I was thinking that it would be much warmer than that and was planning to take sundresses, shorts, etc. Thanks for your help!
