WEATHER, AMALFI

Hello

We are thinking of going to the Amalfi coast last week in October and first week in November. Can you get nice weather, not too much rain? Don't need beaching.
Thanks, Joanie

spring in Italy is usually rainier than fall. Rome tends to be mild & dry through December.

Hi J,

It could be beautiful.

It could be hot and dusty or rainy from the Sirocco.

It could be cold and wet with storms.

Of course, anecdotal waether information is basically useless since it does vary each year. That is why I only believe facts collected over 20 years or more. Here it is for Rome---you can see that Oct. and Nov. are easily the most rain--which is true for much of Italy.
