Wales - Driving Times?

I have 2 nights (3 days) to drive from Newport to Liverpool. My plan is to drive west along the south coast, then up the west coast to the north of Wales. Would enjoy the seaside, and interested in small villages, castles, music, historical sights.

I am having difficulty finding out driving times so that I know if this plan is reasonable or not.

Appreciate your advice, thanks!

My parents live in Cardigan West Wales, and I used to live in Leeds (thats about the same distance as you want to cover). I used to drive this distance in 4 - 5 hours. 3 days is loads of time. So take your time and enjoy the countryside.

Try using theaa.com it gave us good directions and time estimates. We enjoyed the castles of Conwy, Beaumaris, Criccith, Harlech and Caenarfon (sp?). I especially liked the feel of Beaumaris, Criccith and Harlech and the surrounding villages.
