It is kept in storage for preservation purposes--might be on display occasionally--you'd have to check with the gallery/

Maybe a copy even - like the David outside Uffizi?

It was displayed in 2013 which was the first time in 30 years.

FYI, if you're planning to visit the Gallerie, a restoration project is starting on June 8th, and some rooms on the first floor will be closed.

Pal, you can print your own copy

True vainian man

...Or I could just hang up my Kinks' "Lola Versus Powerman and the Moneygoround" album and show the back cover instead of trying to appreciate a classic by Leonardo...

Hello Helpers...I just received a gracious reply from the Italian Cultural Office that the work by Leonardo is not on display in order to protect it. The next time it will most likely have a showing is in 2019. This will be to honor the 500th anniversary of Leonardo's death. Thanks for the help provided by all...Humphry
