Paris is beautiful, but if you do not want France, try Florence. It is one of the most walkable cities in Europe, the art is unsurpassed and the food is great. It is culturally rich, and there are numerous day trips that can be taken, although you can easily fill 4-5 days in Florence alone.

I love Vienna- Vienna in June is just grand! It has the culture, the food, the beer! I'm also a huge fan of Prague. It will be VERY crowded in June though.
Both Vienna and Prague will (most likely) be more expensive to get to than other more western cities- I don't know if price matters to you though.
Another choice would be Copenhagen. I spent 3 days in Copenhagen a few years ago at the end of June and it was the perfect amount of time (note: BEER was great here, but FOOD not so much IMHO).
London's a solid choice and you can probably get great deals from the East Coast on flights. However, if you've been to Ireland, I think that you should venture on to the continent this time. London is a HUGE city- lots of culture and pubs. I love it and lived there for a while, but I think you should spend your long weekend somewhere else.
Have fun!

London (daytrip: Bath)
Paris (daytrip: Versailles)
Rome (daytrip: Naples/Pompeii)
Prague (daytrip: Cesky Krumlov (sp?))
Krakow (daytrip: Auschwitz or salt mine)
Amsterdam (daytrip: Harlaam (sp?))
London, Paris, and Rome are the classic European destinations. If you've done Ireland, I probably wouldn't do London. And you have no interest in Paris. Rome is hectic.
I'd probably do Prague if I were you. Prague is fantastic and you can do it in 4-5 days.
