Villages in Tuscany and Umbria

I'm looking to visit medieval villages in the Tuscany/Umbria Area. Please list any towns worth visit.

Siena, Spoleto and Orvieto, too. Definitely Assisi.

Put Tuscany in as a search text and you will get dozens of recommendations.

Definitely Assisi. If staying overnight(s), stay uphill near the Basilicas (St. Francis or St. Claire) recommend Hotel Dei Priori, Alexander, Fontebella, or Windsor Savoia.
