Village in Sicily

Does anyone out there know if there is a village in Sicily called RENDA? I believe that it is a very small village near Palmero - all the maps I've looked at and searches don't come up with anything. Any help would really be appreciated.
Thanks.

Villaggio Renda is about 10 miles SW of Palermo, just past Monreale.

You probably won't find it on a map because it's a small area of a town called Pioppo.

I only happen to know the area from driving past it, so I can't help with places to stay. You might like staying in Monreale. Lovely mountain town with a duomo full of fantastic mosaics.
