Am using www.guestinitaly.com for B&B rooms in 1 week (Rome). I noticed that they have apts. in both Rome and Venice. Sorry cannot comment abt. quality at this point!! Will be glad to let you know what we thought of B&B rooms upon return 10/23 if you will just e-mail me to let me know you would like to hear from me.
