Am using www.guestinitaly.com for B&B rooms in 1 week (Rome). I noticed that they have apts. in both Rome and Venice. Sorry cannot comment abt. quality at this point!! Will be glad to let you know what we thought of B&B rooms upon return 10/23 if you will just e-mail me to let me know you would like to hear from me. The B&B rooms are in same bldg as one of Rome apts. and I could ask to see the apt. while there--it is one called Piazza Monte di Pieta if you'd like to ck it out on the web. Good luck.
