Venice ferries to Coatia

At the end of May 2014 we want to travel by ferry to the dalmation coast, but the ferry companies do not have schedules that far in advance. How can we find out what is available then?

Check after the new schedules are published -- one can't really find out something that doesn't yet exist.

But a good way to get an idea is look at the current schedules. Next year's might be different but at least you can start basic planning.

I agree, but the ferry web sites only list from today's date forward. Does anyone know where the complete schedule for 2013 is published?

I am not sure when the 2014 schedules go up but I can tell you that the Venezia Lines 2012 schedule had pretty much the same days and times as 2013 does. You could call them...

There is a bus (daily except Sunday) from Venice into Croatia, so you could always go that way if for some reason the ferry schedule changes.

Bye the way, there is no ferry from Venice to the Dalmatian coast, only to Istria.

Well, you can go to Mali Losinj, then catch a ferry from there to Zadar. That would require staying over in Mali Losinj. http://www.croatiaferries.com

I seem to have missed that one. What ferry goes from Venice to Mali Losinj?

Venezia Lines runs the route Fridays and Saturdays in July and August: http://www.venezialines.com/schedules. Reading over the original post, I see it won't apply to the OP's May travel date. Sorry for the confusion.

I'm also guilty of not reading the OP's question carefully enough - apologies.
