There is wine available at the "snack bar" before you board. As marcy has said you are better to bring your own.
Don't over romatacize the whole cruise thing. The romantic part of the experience is what you will see, not the vessel that you will be on.
To my remembrance, no drinks, snacks etc. sold on board but they don't mind if you bring your own.

They do sell wine on the pier prior to boarding. BYOB, some bread & cheese, and enjoy the cruise. I would recommend the sunset cruise if it fits into your schedule. Their website also has a coupon for 2 euro discount per person for the cruise.

My daughter and I just did the 9:00 cruise on March 28th. We brought a bottle of wine, cheese and crackers with us. I did see people with a bottle of wine they'd bought at the snack shop. But I have no idea how much they paid for it. Probably a lot more than we paid for ours!
